On your hill, can you mow at a 45*? Or even better straight up and down? I usually try to stay at about 45 on my hills.
There are weight kits available for many ZTRs. Usually they are sold to counterbalance a heavy rear bagger. That may be a factory option for you to add weight over the front wheels.
