Has anyone modified a Z-Force to be able to pull an attachment, like a lawn sweeper or spreader? I realize that you would have to be careful not to turn too sharply. Wonder if it would hurt the mower to pull something like that?

Cub does not recommend that zero turn mowers pull any sort of attatchments. We have in the past put hitches on some Z-Forces and Commercial units, but we tell the customer that once that is done their warranty on their transmissions are done...have never had a problem with these units so I don't think its that big of a deal. Just don't get crazy with it and keep the weight low and be sure to have the motor reved pretty good when pulling so as to not put too much of a strain on the hydros.

That's just it, you'd wrap that pull-behind attachment around you in no time, destroy the machine and/or yourself!! Same reason you dont see skid-steers pull anything 'hitched' to them. The way the 'arse-end rotates in a turn does not allow for a conventional (safe) hitch.
