Is this an easy fix or do I need to visit the dealer?

I have a 1 yr old Z725 with 98 hours. When mowing today I noticed the left side control was not engaging reverse equally to the right. When pulling back, the left side was providing a lot of resistance, almost like it was pressurized. In other words, where the right side moves freely in reverse, the left would only come back a fraction of the usual travel distance of the control. The result is the left wheel was barely turning compared to the right.

Did I lose an adjustment or should I be digger deeper for a solution?

Did you physically get under and look at the linkages/mechanism?

Yes, everything is in adjustment with no bends or breaks. I compared all adjustments to the right side and everything looks as it should. The one thing I didn't do was pull the damper on the motion control. The feedback I feel when pulling in reverse is as if there is resistance in the hydro

The next step would be to remove the damper to eliminate/prove it as the culprit.
