It's that time. I need to change both fuel filters on my ZD326, but am concerned over bleeding the fuel lines afterward. Any tips? If it's i the owners manual, I cannot seem to find it. Thanks!
I changed them when it coughed and didn't run. I was told 99% of the time it is always the filter on the tank side...the first one that sees the fuel, and that the other one seldom is a problem. I did replace both.
I simply turned off the fuel, had a can catch the diesel in the line, replaced filters and it started right up with just a little cranking. It really wan't much of an issue.
you wont have to bleed them because it has an electrical fuel pump just turn the key on once your done an you will beable to hear thr diffarance in the pump
