I normally don’t mow grass that tall with the Zero, but I’d already cut everything else with the ZD1511 72” SD LOL

So if you were to pick would you mow with 1211 or 1511? I went back and forth for 6 months between the two and just couldn’t justify the extra cost of the 1511 with emissions components And to be honest no dealers around me carried them or sold any.
Used may have been different story but I wanted something new.

Right now I’m only at 5.3hrs on the ZD1511 but Favor it for my Big Hills & Tall Thick Grass because it doesn’t bog, slow down or loose any speed :thumbsup:

My ZD1211 has 250+ hrs on it.

I too was scared of the Tier4 Emissions BS & pushed me towards the ZD1211 a few summers ago.
I’m keeping it & like it well but it’s not near the machine as the ZD1511 for my application.

Again I’m mowing 12-14acres on a Farm : not a subdivision lot :laughing:

Yes that’s mine to. It’s a farm and it’s hard to keep up weekly so it ends up getting thick and some of it is hilly. Does 1511 seem to get better traction ?

Yes better traction from the extra weight.
I’m still going to fluid fill the tires like I did my 1211.
