Zd21 starting issues

I have replaced the starter, solenoid and the ignition key switch. Now I知 finding a safety switch is faulty. How difficult is it to replace a steering arm switch?

I found a schematic years ago via someone on here outlining the ZD21. I had problems staying running, found a safety switch on one of the handles was out of adjustment. No part replacement was required. The switch is not real easy to get to, but it can be adjusted without removing any sheet metal.
