U forgot a couple of options
Buy CUT and SSL
Buy a large RV (sell everything) and live anywhere.
Invest in one of the live-on cruise ships
Build a cabin in the Alaskan tundra (hunt and fish year-round)

Hello,
I have a Toro Z Master ZTR and a Yanmar YM2010D for my place. Together they are a great combination.
The ZTR is great for maintaining my lawn and yard. I put knobby ATV tires on it for better traction while cutting weeds and mounted a 15 gallon spray tank on the back for spraying Round Up. I reduced my mowing time from four hours a week to less than an hour. Additionally, having herbicide on the mower lets me quickly deal with grass around trees and fences.

Knobbly tires, mounted sprayer. And you can add a snow blower and a front blade. I think you have just introduced a new line of ground care equipment the "Zero Turn Tractor" (ZTT).

No need for snow equipment in sunny California. However, a beer cooler would sure come in handy for the hot days.
