Zetor And Branson Tractors

I have a question about these two brand name tractors. Are these two brand tractors now the same, or are they the same, but go by different names?

Zetor is Zetor, for the most part. The compact Zetor's sold in the USA are distributed by American Jawa and are built by Kukje in S.Korea. These are what used to be, (may still be), sold as Century tractors. Kukje also build the Branson tractors, and several, if not all, are basically twins to the Zetor C-series and Century tractors.

I believe Kujke did or does build the 5420 series John Deere for the asian markets.
