Very nice. Congrats.

I also add to the congratulations. ZETOR is a great choice - a simple, powerful mechanical tractor.

Good job picking the much heavier duty tractor!! It looks great!

Thank you everyone. I have done some more brush cutting on a neglected hayfield. I am loving the cab for sure. I have cut about 40 acres down now and still have about a 1/4 tank of fuel. Definitely glad I went with the 85hp. It doesn't seem to work very hard with the 540e pto chugging at 1500 rpm. Very quiet cab also. I ordered the buddy seat for my son and hoping to get it installed this week.

Your dealer, Rick Morris is a good guy. Know him well. He will take good care of you.

@Brian724-

Any updates to share? Hopefully you've had time to put some more hours on it and it's meeting your expectations.

I've ran the haybine, wheel rake, and baled 40- 4x5 round bales. Very happy that i went with the heavier machine. This is also my first 4wd tractor and it sure makes a difference on the steeper grades. Dont have to worry about getting pushed around from wheel slip when the baler is loaded now. I do want to take the tractor back in to have the 3rd function put on the loader so i can run a grapple and auger that i already own for my skid steer. Cab seems to keep all the dust out which is nice for a change. So far no complaints.:thumbsup:

@Brian724-

Glad to hear this is working out. I'm particularly interested because it sounds like we've got similar circumstances - western PA, some hills, round baler, brush hogging about 60 acres of open area, and that you'd been looking at the Kioti RX7320 as an option. I wish I were closer to Norris (that was the dealer, right?). I like the size, weight, and advertised specs, the Tier III emissions, and price on this machine but, frankly I've got reservations about the service, warranty, and parts. Not to mention never having seen this model in person.

You're about 2 hours from where I am. If I did scrape together the money for such a machine, what kind of dealer support could I get from 2 hours away? I don't have a way to haul a machine that size so any issues could become a problem. So, I'm likely to shop for something used and keeping that savings for future repairs on a used machine. Won't stop me from window shopping (and dreaming ; ) ).

I'm happy for you and glad it's meeting your needs.

@Brian724 that is one nice tractor. We bought a small 3 cylinder Zetor in 1992 that we sold in 1996 when we sold the farm. It was an awesome tractor but the lift was so strong that I had to watch to not bend up the box blade top link braces when pushing backwards pushing out small bushes. They are too heavy to make good tractors for swamp lands like we had in a few places. Our new to us 1966 Ford 3000 and 1992 Zetor were about at the same level of NO Tech tractors. I do not want a computerized tractor for our needs and all of our stuff are EMF pulse ready. :)
