A few weeks ago we got a Extang Trifecta 2.0 Tonneau bed cover for our 2019 ranger. I finally got it on this week and really liked it so far. Nor sure its 100% waterproof (its not) but wedo hope to keep the snow out and a percent of rain. The little levers in the back you flip and unlock it so one can fully open it quite easily. Sorry the photos are poor, it started to snow here today! :D

Good evening Arlyn. Know what - your Ford is the same color as my Power Wagon. That's a nice looking cover. I bet you will find that the cover becomes more "waterproof" once it spends some time in the hot sunshine. Seals will soften and seat better.

Mine is a Truxedo Lo/Pro. My selection was limited because of the Ram Box storage system incorporated into the bed of the pickup.

Anyhow - we have dried out here and it gets COLD at night now. What little snow we had melted the following day.

I have the same cover on my 2019 Chevy Colorado. I have the canvas one and so far I really like it. No problems and mine seems to be waterproof. I also like the release handles.

Is there snow in Houghton already?

The spring loaded rear locking levers look the same as the ones on my Gator trifold. I like those much better than the other style where you have to spin to adjust and then lock the lever to the bed rail.

I've have one on my 2500HD GMC 8' Bed as well as on my 1500 Dodge Ram 6' - they are an excellent cover, they do "leak" a bit - but normally it takes a car wash or heavy rain to show any sign and then it's limited, the GMC is a 2015, with 125K - the cover has stood up very well / very durable - easy on and off - and the company stands behind them - good luck with it....

I was moving the shipping box when I noted a package in its bottom and realized I had more appropriate bolts to mount the angle iron they supplied to fit the ranger. No, this won't make it "waterproof" but would have made its installation job easier. I'll get them installed this afternoon.

Those little release handles in its back panel are nice.

Late today, I installed the remainder of the mounting parts. That improved its water seal and made it much more secure on the truck box..

Arly,,,, needs to read instructions* and install all parts more often,,,,, A

*they were later discovered in the the bottom of the box.

I had an extang foldup some time ago. Inside it mounted the same as yours. I dunno how yours is, cloth or hard shell, mine was hard shell...actually it was billed as being able to hold up a couple hundred lbs as I recall. It was a good cover overall, but it did leak some. I sold it with the truck.

Mine is over 10 yrs old. Corners are pulling up on it, but it still works great. Never had a leak, but I never put it in a car wash.

I really like mine on my 2015 Silverado too. My only issue is in the winter when we get a lot of freezing rain. Sometimes the rearmost panel will freeze to the tailgate making it impossible to open the back of the truck. I’ve had to melt it with hot water. Frank
