    LOSING HYDRAULIC FLUID

KAMA TS254C--------------Blew my hydraulic pump (outer case cracked and oil blew all over) while pulling a huge load of stone in my box blade. Replaced pump after some rotation issues and finally got hydraulics to work. Shortly afterward went to use machine and found most of the fluid on the...

Hydraulic fluid coming out of trans at shifter

Put new pump on my Kama TS254 and filled reservoir-----which is stacked higher than tranny. Hydra fluid now coming up from bottom of shift lever. I thought the two different reservoirs were internally separated. Could something inside have busted when the pump cracked???

Chinese backhoe (LW-6) needs new cylinders

Local dealer had to grind down oversize Chinese hose to get standard connector to fit----worked good but need to change more cylinders and want to find a better way. Should add that I bent a cylinder and had to replace with new American cylinder and connectors did not match---odd ball threads on...

Standard American connectors on odd sized Chinese hoses

Local dealer had to grind down oversize Chinese hose to get standard connector to fit----worked good but need to change more cylinders and want to find a better way. Should add that I bent a cylinder and had to replace with new American cylinder and connectors did not match---odd ball threads on...

Kama TS 254C TPH slowly fails

Hello to everyone---long time no see. Things been good---or self solveable---til yesterday. Had my back blade on and dragged a big bunch of stones and other debris into my wooded dump pile and noticed my blade wasn't going up as high as it normally would. Thought the upper link adjusting bar...

    SPLITTING A TS254c

I tried continuing a previous thread entitled "throw out bearing seized???", but did not get much response. So I started this new thread. I am hoping there is someone out there that has more detailed info on how to do this without wasting time on taking apart unnecessary stuff. "Lakespirit"...

    PTO DRIVEN LEAF/GRASS VAC

Can't find anything about a leaf or grass vacuum/collector that would be driven off my PTO. Seems to me that an attachment like that would be available for all tractors. George

    KAMA TS254C-NEED READABLE WIRING DIAGRAM

My Kama Owners manual has a wiring schematic in it that is sooooo incredibly small that 3 pairs of glasses and a magnifying glass still will not allow me to identify all but a few of the number tags on the wires. I don't need to know them now but if in the future I need to trace a line it won't...

    Kama TS254C Fuses ratings

Decided to remove Chinese fuses due to the plastic part starting to deform. Plan to leave box in place and jump gap with in-line fuses (automotive type-mini's). Need to know the rating. Don't have an amp meter. Thanks, Geo.

    ADDING GREASE TO SEALED BEARINGS

SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT THIS NOTE IS MAINLY FOR OWNERS THAT HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT SEALED THROW OUT BEARINGS THAT APPEAR TO BE "GREASABLE". My bearing supply guy says that sealed bearings come from the factory with about 50% grease inside. Adding more to this can actually create heat build up and...

    throw out bearing seized???

This is a Kama TS254C. My clutch pedal suddenly got a lot of play in it. After adjusting it I looked around the area and noticed a tag I never saw before. I suspected there was something wrong because it went out of adjustment too fast. Apparently you need to lube the throw out bearing...

CONVERT TPH TO INDEPENDENT LEFT/RGT. OPERATION

I have a 25 HP Kama TS254 with a typical TPH setup and would like to know what is involved in attaching separate cylinders so the two sides worked independently. There are presently two short arms that come off the sides of the hydraulic reservoir that move the hitch up and down together. It...

WHICH HOSE GOES & RELIEF ADJUSTMENT

Just attached my new Chinese hoe (I think it's the same, or very similar to the LW-6) to my 25 HP Kama tractor. The hoe has a large hose and a small one. I have the large one bringing the fluid to the hoe and the small one returning to the pump. I just read an article saying the large hose is...

CURE FOR HOSE ENDS "with a moral to the story"

Recently purchased a Guilin (LW-6) backhoe attachment with a subframe. The "face seal" connectors at the end of the backhoe hoses did not match up to the metric threads on my tractors' quick connects. No one had metric size face seal adapters. Spent many hours on the net and called almost...
