My gage stopped working the other day. Finally found the plug into the cluster had come loose. Pushed it up and it worked again fine.
My question: Does a clip or something hold it in place that fell off or something. I didn't see it but I didn't really look thoroughly either.
Sears has a 2 year no interest deal on TV's over 40" in size. We need a new one as ours is old and won't accept the digital adjustment.
So I'm looking at a Visio 50" and wondered if I should get the extended warranty.
Comments please gents.
Thanks Bob
I know a lot of people have had it bad with the ice in the country but the weather men around here have been mentioning around here that a good old fashioned snowstorm might be a coming.
My RMSB purchase is looking all the better as the days come closer to the big one.
Getting diesel, gas for...
Hi all,
I think for the most part of the summer that my differential lock was stuck engaged on my tractor. I noticed when mowing the ground was getting ripped up more than normal.
Yesterday I oiled everything real well and the lock is now free. It moves in and out alot better than it did. I'd...
I was using my BX2230 tonight with no troubles. I started it up and turned my head lights on to darkness.
When I turn the headlight switch on the dash lights and rear lights work. I looked under the tractor cover at the fuse block and the fuses aren't blown as far as I can tell. I even switched...
How do you figure out how much weight the rear 3 point can lift? I went onto the Kubota web site for a BX2230 to see but I'm confused by the numbers listed there.
Anyone better at this than I am please feel free to chime in.
Thanks
Bob
I spilled some deck stain on my carpet. It's the HD Behr brand. Any idea's how to get it out?
I'm open to whatever means works. The carpet is green and the stain is brown.
My neighbor comes to me with an idea. The lowest spot on the property is on the line between us. He has a pond but it's on a higher spot.
He says we've been thinking about filling the pond in. And with the low spot being where it is, maybe we could dig one on the line and use that fill to fill...
Got on the phone with Kubota this am. My payment was not drawn out of my account last week. The web site said I was late.
So I asked what was up. Apparently they had tech diff last week for like 3 days and my payment was never pulled. So if you web bank you might want to check your acct out...
Oh, I'm not joking. I don't even have the deck off the tractor yet and the loader is over in the driveway.......But 2/3 of New York is getting ready for the white stuff to fly in earnist.
Unreal.
While I was in a meeting about having our hours cut down to 32 from 40, my wife leaves me a message about the muffler falling off the car.
So yes, you could say I'm not having the best day I could be..
I put a tube of grease in my RCK-60 deck and it's gone?? I read earlier about the spindles not having enough grease so I put pump after pump into all 3. It's not spilling out anywhere.
So what should I look for? What is normal.
Highest gas prices in Europe

Yikes....I saw this on MSN. Could you imagine???
Just called for my propane pricing for this coming winter. I get on a secured plan which averages out my cost over 10 monthly payments.
$1.849 for 601-1000 gallons. And if I have the money laying around to buy in advance then it's $1.799.
Just last year it was $1.55 and the year before that I...
Here\'s a new one for you
I'm trying to mow with my Craftsman. I engage the deck and neither of the blades move. The belt is routed the correct way but the belt just spins in place. Could the belt be stretched out too far to work.
Another question. Could the pulleys engage but possibly not far...
Just an observation here..... The books forum hasn't had any activity for 3 months. Some people want a new forum to discuss other issues. Does anyone feel this would be a good area to replace it with something else?
My brother lives in a neighborhood where they have a swimming pool which is on all their property lines. They pay the association money every year to have access to the pool.
Their insurance company cancelled the policy on them and they're having a hard time finding a new one to cover this type...
Hey boys, they're calling for snow this weekend in WNY. It's on the radio, weather stations on TV, and TWC. Don't put the blowers away just yet.
A week before May. Unbelievable
My company on Friday laid off about 20% of it's workforce. I was given an offer I couldn't refuse to stay on board. Really got me by the back side for the moment.
Don't know what it's like out there in the real world but things in WNY aren't all that good. I wonder sometimes how my kids will...
It happened to me yesterday. I've never been late with a payment or had any issues before. So I call and ask what the deal is.
She tells me they're looking over my credit report and I've crossed some threshold for my income to debt ratio. I said I don't need a financial consultant thanks but if...
I bought a used snowmobile this fall. The other owner mentioned he ran nothing but Amsoil in it. It's a Yamaha sled and they make their own brand of oil called Yamalube. The Amsoil is $30 / gallon vs $18 for the Yamalube.
My concern is blowing the motor (liquid 600cc). Should I stick with the...
The farmer I've hunted on for many years has decided to lease some of his land out to different hunting clubs in the area. The place I've hunted on is no longer available to me as some other guys coughed up some money.
After talking to the farmer last weekend he mentioned to me he'd be willing...
Yankee\'s - Red Sox
This is getting painful to watch
I'm a yankee's fan
Murphy's Law says then I don't like the Sox
My dad likes the Sox
Enough of this foolishness then and lets send the Sox home already.......
The mice are setting up home in my tractor, snowmobiles, tiller ect....
What's the best solution to eliminating them minus a cat??
Traps or maybe mouse poison I can think of but if anyone has another opinion I'm all for them.
I bought 4 years ago a pellet stove. Figured with the cost of fuel it wasn't a bad idea. I don't know too much about them other than they burn hot. What's the effiency rating on them compared to say a 90+ propane furnace.
I have 4 tons of pellets delivered to my home for $159/ton each year. The...
I've finally gotten my property to a point where I can work with it some. The problem is before my house was built it was old farm field. I've moved it all down and keep it low as much as I can. I asked a farmer down the road from me to come evaluate what would be necessary to smooth it out or...
As I've mentioned a few times before I've built a new home. Generally the experience has been satisfying but with a few bumps along the way. It started with the framing being less than standard. When they slap walls up you must be involved to pay attention to detail. Some of my walls had entire...
