Just recieved a call....I go into the hospital for surgery this coming Friday Dec 17 2010....you guys take care....Ampa <>

How did a thread started by a man that wanted to "thank all you guys who were praying for me....I have to say that now I'm a firm believer and that your prayers worked" turn into religion bashing?

It doesn't matter what we all believe or disbelieve. It matters that a fellow TBN'er received some good news, and offers his thanks...to us...for thinking about him.

Loosing sight of that in an effort to promote our own agendas is bad form, IMHO.

You guys have a better medical system than we do. I really don't understand all the religious bashing on this thread tho.

If I had realized this was goin' to happin' and please respect my slang....I love you guys for who you are ....now don't get me wrong...I'm straight....and as far as religion goes.....to each their own....this post was not to start off this way....this is why the world is so screwed up....I'm so glad I have more people on my side....too heck with one...who does NOT believe in miracles....take care guys I'll be back....Ampa <>

It's unfortunate that one person does not have the thoughtfulness, respect or dignity to keep to himself in a situation like this, but it takes all kinds.

Hope it goes well for you.

Just remember that more people die from doctors / nurse mistakes than from automobile accidents and guns combined. One study pegged the number at 170,000 per year.

Too much meds, wrong meds, meds at the wrong time, etc are the leading causes.
