That's what I was quoting from before. My tractor came with a complete set of manuals for the entire Branson line.

Didn't everyone's?

Re: Weight difference 3520 vs 3510

I was just about to hit the post button after looking through my manual, Century's brochure and Kukje's and Branson's websites when Netscape crashed. ARRGGHHH!!! /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif My manual indicates that the 3520 weighs 1710 kg, which equals 3770 pounds. It also states that the 2810 weighs the same as the 3510, obviously an error since the engine is smaller. Nevertheless, the manual lists the 2810's weight at 1620, or 3550 pounds. My Century brochure also has the 3520 at 3770, but lists the 3510 at 3640. Kukje's website lists the 3520 at 1664 kg or 3624 pounds and the 3510 at 1564 kg, or 3447 pounds. Branson's site has the 3520 at 3770 and the 3510 at 3330 pounds. Average them all up and you have the 3520 at 3733 pounds and the 3510 at 3492 pounds, a difference of 241 pounds. Personally, I think the convoy to the weigh station is preferable to this exercise in futility. I think I need to go to bed! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gifYes, the phrase get a life comes to mind, too. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

OK, They're all heavy and the big ones are heavier than the smaller ones!
Now as long as I don't have to hook up the negative battery cable to the "engine earth" /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I think the engine block is the same on both models. The 3510 just has a bigger bore on the cylinders, which would probably make the 3510 weigh a little less, no?

In any case, all of these tractors are substantial. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Re: Weight difference 3520 vs 3510

I think you're right about them being the same block, as Kukje's website has them listed at the same weight (the engines, that is). Of course, if the bore is bigger so are the pistons making things roughly equal. In fact they are!
