Here is the 2660... It came with turfs, but those will be swapped for loaded R4s. Tomorrow(Wed) they will install the 60" deck, and FEL. The 3030 is next in line for build up tomorrow. I'm hoping we will see some install pics for the subframe assembly for the backhoe. Maybe some pics of them loading the tires too? I also chose the Westendorf top for the 3030. I like this top because it comes off easily with 2 latches should I have to take it off. Maybe we will see it installed, and then removed for the ride to Ga.! Any other requests? I'm upgrading to 40amp alt. on both, but they may have come from the factory that way. If not, maybe some pics of that install would be nice for those considering the upgrade kit.
Notice how the MMM deck fits underneath the tractor, and how the cage has ramps for the tractor to pass over the deck.
The box held misc. bolts and steering wheel, which is now installed along with the ROPs.
The 3030 will come with no tires installed and the fenders will have to be installed as well(if my memory serves me correctly). I believe the fender sides are swapped and zip-tied during delivery to keep everything tight in the shipping container. It's up to the guys who disassemble and reassemble these parts at the dealership to keep them clear from the metal shipping container and such. Care is taken to not scratch anything during this unpacking. I've noticed some tractors on other dealer's lots where the hood and fenders are scratched all to pieces. When asked, they said that's normal during the "build up" and that it can be touched up. I don't know about those of you reading this, but I didn't buy it new to touch it up! I guess that's another reason I chose Brady...he feels the same way. Take the time and care to deliver what the customer expects.
Case in point...Brady ordered a gaggle of 2660s, and the one we started off with had paint issues on the ROPS. He made it a point to tell me, and he sat it aside and started over with another one as it should be. I'm sure that ROPS will be heading back to the plant.
Thanks for your attention to "detail" Brady, Steve....and Gary...and everyone involved. It doesn't go unnoticed.
