And parts for orange ones and green ones alike come from all over. That is very likely just the final assembly plant.

hi again, I did everything with either LPS3 on metal or ACF50 for aluminum or electrical. for heavy use, I used Tectyl which is like a tar. it is used on exposed nuts etc on aircraft.

If you say so. We have 3 orange tractors and none of them look anything like this, not even the 2005 B7500 with 700+ hours that has lived outside most of its life.He was over reacting.
All that corrosion of various parts should be expected of a cheap tractor.
They make them cheap by cutting corners, saying on materials.
One should expect years of service of service out of the cheap corroded tractor.
If he doesn't like it return it for something green or blue(more expensive) .
