B3200 Kubota
Great Tractor
Model Year: 2009

My first tractor, and not my last. Will trade it in on a larger one someday.

Pros: Good power, stout little unit for it size, great backhoe attachment, love that orange color,
Cons: Weak front loader, engine vibrates too much above 2000 RPM, too light in rear end,

B3200 Kubota
Kubota Seems to Be Great in the Utility Tractor Category
Model Year: 2012

I haven't had my Kubota B3200with the loader and backhoe long but I am impressed so far. For it size the tractor has good power. Haven't used the backhoe much yet but it picks up rocks and broken concrete like a champ with the mechanical thumb. For post holes you may need down force. If you think you will be ready to spend $1400 on the remote valve ($850) and the down force kit ($550). The 72 inch blade for the 3 point works great. It will dig a little and moves soft dirt easily. Just got a used rotary cutter but haven't used it yet. Underestimated the size and weight of the tractor a couple of times though. With the loader and backhoe It seems pretty heavy on an 18foot flatbed with 2x3500 pound axles. Get a heavy duty trailer to haul it. Love the power for the size.

Pros: Power, performance, versatility, great financing if you qualify.
Cons: Heavier than I thought, changing from backhoe to 3 point can take time.

B3200 Kubota
Nice Tractor
Model Year: 2010

This tractor has been a wonderful assistant in maintaining my property. I wish I had bought one years ago. I have the 54" FEL and BX scraper, contemplating a rotary mower. Has excellent power - you lose traction before power. There is vibration but there are sweet spots in the RPM range that smooth out. I do not operate it continuously for hours on end so it does not bother me. Quarter inching valve takes some practice and once adjusted properly is fine for my purposes.

Pros: Power, comfortable operating position, nice loader (LA504) , reliable reputation, and good dealer.
Cons: It wasn't free.

The tractor is a great size for my use. It has plenty of power for 5-6' implements. The traction is excellent. I'm glad I got the heavy duty smaller bucket as opposed to the light duty larger bucket. My one complaint is that the loader controls are sticky the first time I use them in a day. I seams to want to stick in the center position.

Pros: Just the right size.
Cons: Sticky loader controls.

Kubota by KM

Find the unit to be very reliable. Everything from bushogging, box blading, even pulling my wife`s Altima up the muddy drive. The FEL has proven it self numerous times don`t know how many people get along without one. Purchased the unit also with the canopy a blessing in the hot Mississippi summer. Keeps me out to do more work longer. The unit have hydrostat another blessing no shifting save that extra movement to keep focused on the task at hand.

Pros: Reliability, well built, ease of operation.
Cons: Wish I purchased cab, break in maintenance filters costly.

I upgraded from a BX25 to the B3200. I liked the BX25 but it had it's draw backs for me with it's HST fan and only having a high and low range HST. I looked at the B2320 and B2620 but the BH on those and loader lift capacity were not much more than the BX25. I went with the B3200 because of those two reasons, the loader and BH are much stronger. I am very happy with my new tractor but if I had the money, I would have went with the B3030.

Pros: BH is very powerful.
Cons: Nothing that I didn't know of before puchase like; Live PTO and 1/4" 3PH.

B3200 Kubota
Kubota B3200 -- It Be The Little Things...
Model Year: 2011

Just purchased a brand new Kubota from local dealer and have just over 100 hours on it -- mostly road maintenance -- front-lift rock, gravel and dirt work. Initial impressions: 1) Don't expect favorable negotiations at the dealer -- the price is pretty close to sticker. And watch for "bait and switch" on financing -- they'll tell that there is 0% financing but what they won't tell you (or as least at whisper volume) is that they'll add $1000 to the cost for financing. Any claim of O% financing is but a ruse. I ended up paying cash rather than incur $1000 financing fee over and beyond the sticker price of the tractor -- I think I ended up paying about $16-17K for tractor, front-end loader, industrial (low tread) tires, hydrostatic transmission, etc. Delivery was uneventful and prompt but within an hour of operating the tractor I noticed a fuel leak had developed -- seems the fuel filter casing was cracked -- drip, drip, drip -- and sadly the dealer was of no assistance -- thus this first repair on the first day of owning the tractor cost me even more money. In fact since purchasing the tractor the dealer seems to have forgotten even my name -- albeit as I seem to be making weekly trips for parts and repairs you'd think we'd be the best of friends by now. Most of the repairs are little things -- stuff coming loose, falling off, plastic breaking, etc. Rarely does it impact the actual operation it's just another part shaking and making noise or falling off and having to screwed back on -- if it can be found in the field. I'll be the first to admit I'm hard on tractors -- previous Ford and John Deere owner -- but knowing what I know now I would have bought a "used tractor" after everything had already been shaken loose, tightened back down or replaced and saved myself some money and a lot of down time in the workshop. I strongly encourage anyone using the front-end loader to add weight to the rear/rear tires. This is one tractor that loves "air time" -- you eventually get used to only having two or three tires on the ground at a time but its a bit nerve racking -- if you're operating the front-lift without weight you best be on very, very level ground or have quick reflexes and light touch to keep this baby upright and on the ground. Despite the many loose parts, cracked fuel bowl and essentially no after-the-sale service or followup I still like the tractor and believe it will give me many years of service. I'll report back in a few weeks.

Pros: Well designed for maintenance and operation, hydrostatic transmission is awesome.
Cons: Poor after-sale support, questionable assembly -- lots of losse parts, etc.

B3200 Kubota
High Hopes
Model Year: 2011

I find myself needing more horsepower than my B7510 can muster. I went back to my dealer to discuss a tractor and mower combination. I made arrangements to demo a B3200 and a 7 foot twin spindle shredder. I took the tractor/mower to a roadside I intend mowing. I live on the gulf coast where salt grass (very tough to mow) is predominant. I engaged the PTO and got the rpm's up, shifted into Low on the HST and drove into the tall salt grass. The B3200, which I considered marginal for this task, took the salt grass in stride. I did not push it hard. When the mower pulled the engine down a bit I eased off the forward motion of the tractor. When the rpm's were back I eased down a bit more on the forward pedal. Conventional wisdom seems to suggest a 45 to 55 hp tractor, however that size of tractor is too big for my other applications. I will only mow this roadside 4 times a year, but will use the tractor in the other aspects the remainder of the year. I will like the HST compared to my gear shift for the type of work I am doing. I will appreciate the 11 more horsepower as well. I would have had to pass up this mowing job had the dealer not allowed me to demo this combination, plus he has a lower price than at least two other dealers.

Pros: Comfortable driver station with plenty of room for a larger guy, levers have good placement, mid pto to add mmm at a later date, and it's hard to beat the financing.
Cons: Would like to see remote hydraulics offered as standard. A step to the platform is optional which should be standard as on the B3300SU.

B3200 Kubota
Beyond Expectations
Model Year: 2010

My 88 JCB backhoe was getting to the point that every time I used it something broke, so I convinced my wife that it was time to trade. The heavy work of building the house was done, so I was looking for something smaller for yard work and keeping the wood's road bushhogged. I looked at a lot of tractors, but I kept coming back to the B3200. It had the small size and the hp to run the attachments I wanted. I ended up buying one and don't regret it at all. I got the loaded R4's, FEL, backhoe and thumb, front mount snowblower, Wallenstien 6" chipper (used), Landpride grader/scraper and Woods 5' bushhog (used). It runs like a champ, no vibration problem like some claim, and is very comfortable. I just spent 14 hours in the last 2 days hauling crushed rock 1/4 mile up the side of the mountain for a gravity feed well and it didn't bother me at all. Excellent ergonomics. The only problem I have had is the backhoe stabilizer pads are a piece of ****. One broke in half the first day. They replaced it and it happened again. This time I fixed it myself and they are holding up.

Pros: Physical size. Engine size. Front PTO. Ergonomics.
Cons: Backhoe stabilizer pads are a POS.

B3200 Kubota
Early report on my B3200
Model Year: 2010

Really happy with my choice: 1. Excellent machine for the base price - solid construction, easy to use and drive. No fluff. Starts right up even when stone cold. Runs smooth and steady in all kinds of condition. Got stuck once in a creek bed that was muddy, but had the FEL full of stones/boulders at the time - my newbie error, not a machinery issue. Was able to extract myself by dumping the stones and driving out over them! 2. No problems with the purported vibration issues - I am prone to numbness in my hands with my motorcycle and my small Deere lawn tractor - drove this guy around for 4 hours in one stretch no problems at all. Not sure what problems others are having. I do wear gloves all the time. 3. Have the FEL. a 60 inch Land Pride rotary cutter and an auger with a 9 inch bit. FEL is great - no problems. Cutter is great - no issues. Auger is a life saver - can't believe I lived without is for all this time. Put in a grape arbor trellis, a hops trellis and a chicken yard very quickly. Plan to build a tractor "port" too to protect my baby. 4. easy on the fuel so far as I can tell. 5. Happy with Erb and Henry (Berlinsville) - great service.

Pros: Four wheel drive, mid PTO, joystick FEL, midrange PTO setting (L,M&H), power.
Cons: None.

B3200 Kubota
New B3200 HST
Model Year: 2011

So far so good. This tractor replaced my Ford 1210. Almost double the horse power, always good. I was unsure about the quarter inching valve when purchasing by now I like it better than the positional control I had on the Ford. It works great, especially the back blade and I really like the two stage drop speed for the back mower. We'll see how it does this winter with the blower and plow. Loader works well. The bucket itself could be higher to allow more to fit in, but a set of homemade forks fix that problem. Traction is excellent with the R4 tires and 4x4. 3 Speed transmission is wonderful. I can mow my entire hilly lawn in the middle speed. and the high gear is great for traveling or road use. The bucket hydraulics placement, quick attach bucket frame, and rear axle are MUCH better than I saw on the John Deere 2530. Would not by one of those (sorry green fans).

Pros: Good value, better rear axle, good value.
Cons: Bucket controls could be a little smoother.

B3200 Kubota
Kubota 3200HST Review from a farmer's perspective)
Model Year: 2011

04/12/11 I just bought a new 2011 3200HST with a Front End Loader and a used 5' brush mower. The tractor is the FWD model, no fluid in the tires, R-4 tread. I traded an older Melroe Bobcat and a Case DX25e as I needed something bigger. I grew up on a farm, did my time in the service, and now back at again. So far, I put 2.5 hours on it over the weekend. I think I put it through the paces. I moved dirt, pulled some stumpage, cut some brush, etc. I tried using all the features on it. The foot control for the drive mechanism takes some getting used to but was really nice. The shifting from L-M-H was smooth. 3pt works well. PTO starts smooth. Tractor is very nice and well worth the money. I read about vibration in some other posts. There's a little but when you have the tractor up to 2000 RPM for the PTO, you are going to have some vibration...no matter what tractor it is. Cutting brush, no problems. Make sure to have it at the rated RPM's (as with most tractors). Some brush was harder than other but it handled all real well, with the occasional drop due to hitting a real hard patch of brush or a small stump that I could not see, but the tractor did great. For moving dirt, I think the loader leaves something to be desired. I guess I am used to the skid steer, but I had the same size bucket on the skid steer as on the tractor and felt the tractor could not scoop nor dig as well. Only time will tell as to how well it will perform, but initially I am not real impressed. It's a functional loader. I am curious how well it will handle pallet forks or other attachments. I might be expecting too much. Maybe just a change in practice will serve me well. Finally, the fuel filter. I get the idea about easy access, but it is really exposed and I nearly sheared it off while cutting brush. I was not in heavy brush but one little stick got in there. And the housing is plastic which makes it really vulnerable. I am seriously thinking about either putting a shroud around it or moving it. I think I made a good choice. Good value on the tractor (I think), I did not pay for paint, but paid for a tractor that can do the job a larger tractor in my more youthful years would have done. By the way, I was looking to buy a 770 Oliver with a loader (which is not even listed). I am old school but impressed as to what this machine can do. I am not too worried about the shortcomings...except that pesky fuel filter.

Pros: Ample power, FWD is great, & it's easy to maneuver/see around machine.
Cons: Loader is small, 3pt seems lightly built, & the fuel filter is too exposed!

B3200 HSD
Model Year: 2010

Traded in a B20 HSD with 600 hours. It was too small for all the snow we get here. The 3200 is just right. Any bigger and it would be too heavy to mow. I have some soft spots.

Pros: It works.
Cons: Dealers are a long drive. Have to get parts by delivery.

Nice Tractor
Model Year: 2011

We bought this tractor mainly for the odds and ends as well as plowing snow. We spent a lot of time looking for a tractor and we're set on Kubota the second we saw it. Anyway, the machine is a great one. LA504 loader with a grater blade makes it the plowing machine! The power is exceptional and the comfort is great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a machine that will do it all! P.S. We just purchased a chipper for the 3 pt hitch for small 4 inch brush. The 32 Horses run it like a champ!

Pros: Comfort and quick hydraulics for the loader.
Cons: Slight vibration at 2K RPM.

B3200 Kubota
An Idiot's Guide to Buying a Tractor
Model Year: 2010

So you want to buy a tractor. Here is my take on my 3-year journey to buy a new tractor. Just to let you know, I am not a pro when it comes to tractors like most are on this site. I actually used this site to get the final feedback I needed to point me in the right direction to make my first-time purchase. Back in 2007, I told my wife I wanted a tractor do help with work around the house and she laughed and said no. It was then when I decided to start researching them. At the Fryeburg Fair, I was introduced to Mahindras and fell in love with tractors. In 2008, I started looking at few other tractors and got to know a few people at Kioti, Massey Ferguson and John Deere. Between 2008 and 2009 I started comparing specs between tractors. I knew I wanted HST transmission which has proved to be a great decision. Based on straight specs, I was leaning heavily towards the Mahindra and still to this day, really like it. Based on what I read, I knocked out John Deere. Great all-American tractor, but I didn't want to pay the extra thousands for a name and "green" tractor. Just to step back, I was originally looking at a 26 HP. A buddy of mine told me that if I thought I may want something bigger down the road, buy it now instead of waiting and that was good advice. That was when I started looking around 32 HP. After more research, I finally bumped Kioti due to the lack of HP in the same tractor type as what I was looking at. Finally, in early 2010, my wife didn't care any more which gave me the green light. I narrowed it down to Mahindra and Kubota. I was really leaning towards the Mahindra and liked everything about it, but at the last second, I decided to go with Kubota instead. This was a very tough decision, but it came to down to the resale value and the reputation of a brand. I asked 20 or so friends if they have ever heard of Kubota and 100% said yes, as for the Mahindra, only 2 people had heard of it. Now let's think about trying to sell it. After deciding on the Kubota, I was trying to feel people out on the website about what I should be paying here in NH for a 3200. I got a quote from a well-known local chain that seemed a bit steep so a few mentioned Barlow in KY. The place in NH could not come close to Barlow and didn't seem to want to try anyway. Needless to say, I bought it from them. I got it 3 months later delivered to my doorstep and couldn't be happier. There were a few chips of paint missing around where the straps were on the backhoe, but they were hardly noticeable and they sent me touch-up paint within a day or two. If I could give Barlow one bit of constructive feedback, after working with Brady, the owners son, who was extremely helpful and personable, it was that I never got a follow-up call again asking how everything was going. As a business owner, I would have, if not me, one of my employees, especially since I bought it from so far away. Overall, I am extremely happy and wouldn't have done it any other way. And by the way, I started a list for the wife and am over 70 items that I would not have been able to do without a tractor.

Pros: Starts at 0 degrees F., reliable, rugged - no issues whatsoever
Cons: Loses bucket power when plowing snow in high gear.

Great tractor. Meets every need. Using FEL, box blade with tooth bar, and 4ft Brush hog. Only complaint is vibration @ 2,000K but otherwise a solid compact work horse. Highly recommended.

Pros: Nice value. Good power.
Cons: Vibrations @ 2,000K . No other complaints.

Like the tractor so far was scared of all the post about the vibration. This tractor does vibrate at pto rpms but the "sweet spot" does exist. The tractor has quite a bit of rattling, Pins and things,no big deal but it is kind of annoying.Hydro does whine a bit but i dont think its anything not normal for a hydrosat.Glad i went with this size tractor probably wouldnt have been as happy with a smaller one.Great tractor for the money.

Pros: plenty power for jobs i do
Cons: vibrating pins, mainly at foldable rops

B3200
Model Year: 2009

I have processed and hauled firewood, light grading, mowing with a RFM and plowed a lot of snow. The tractor has plenty of power but lacks in overall weight. I loose traction before I run out of power. Sometimes I may ask to much out of the tractor and I get hit with a little disappointment. The rubber floor mat won't stay secured to the floor board only after 37 hours. If I had to do it again I probably would go with a L3400. The 3200 is nimble enough to navigate the woods. With the FEL on, the head lights don't give you much. I also don't care for the HST whine.

Pros: No mechanical issues yet, light and nimble for yard work, strong FEL
Cons: To light forground engaging work. lots of vibrations,FEL joystick limits you to get on and off the tractor on one side

Very early so far, but.....
Model Year: 2010

I've played around with the FEL, used a box blade, and the rear tiller. The tractor has good power, but I need a lot more experience to really get going. I have 20 acres and this will suit me very well.

Pros: Good value, mid PTO
Cons: No position control, cruise could be nicer like BXX30 models.
