I went to buy one for my 04'. Dealer said don't bother they are still getting new tractors with ripped cups right off the truck. Just terrible. Greg

I ordered my 4th it's only under a part warranty at this point 180 days.
it only last a week.
Just open the bag and after a week it will start to crack (you don't have to install it for it to crack.)

CNH does not see a problem yet, complaint wise.

Would probably take some diesel to leak through the split, falling on the motor, then catching fire and burning the tractor, for NH to take notice; They would still try to call the whole thing "operator error".
Maybe if someone spilled hot coffee in the split cup, then it leaked into the operator's lap....

Weird... and mine on my 7610s is still fine.. 8ys old or so now.. it lives outside.. but under a tarp cover..

everyone that has a split cup NEEDS to email/call CNH. That is the only way something will be changed.

Is there a complaint number?
If someone does have knowledge of such a number, could they post it, or at least tell me where I could go to find it?

I have a gripe about the fuel cups, AND the hydraulic oil cooler lines on my TC33DA. Whenever I went in to my local dealer to ask for a little help on the oil cooler line upgrade, parts counter fellow was not aware of an upgrade; salesman and manager both stated they had not received any notice or complaints of oil cooler lines leaking, from either NH, or customers. I promptly borrowed their computer, got to this forum and showed them, not only the problems that were posted here, but the part #s to correct the leaks. Manager walked off saying something about a couple of people got vocal, prompting a revision, and that they would not assist me in seeking a discount, however I could contact NH myself if I so desired. They also could not provide me with a contact number, saying there should be one in my book. In all honesty, at that time, my leak was a loose clamp, so I dropped the issue, now I have another leak, and tight clamps.
Looking at mine, I was wondering if anyone had tried removing the oil cooler, and lines, then welding/brazing/soldering fittings on them, enabling the use of true hydraulic hoses, eliminating the clamps and cheap hoses.

The upgrade kit seems to solve the hydraulic oil cooler problem.

I don't get it. Why was the dealer upset by the information you showed him?

Yep.. left out for sure.

Maybbe CNH should go back to the rubber formulation / supplier that they had back in 2000.. as those boots seem good?
