Hello Jerrami, I have about the same setup as you and I lowered the sunshade on mine and also added plexiglas to the ROPS which reduced the amount of snow blowing in from behind. I noticed you added weights to the blower good idea.

Wayne

Thanks Wayne!!! Plexi is on the bench and ready to cut to fit. I need to notch both sides to go around the canopy brackets tho. How's the best way to cut the plexi without splitting it? Jigsaw, hacksaw? Thanks.

You can see from the pictures I submitted that I am in some hilly country.
Ha, I took one look at that picture and said to myself "hey, that looks like home" (I'm in Livingston County). Then I saw your signature and I knew that little green feller was the Creature of Cattaraugus County.

Lovely. Almost like a Currier & Ives print. That first snowfall is always so beautiful, isn't it? By March it's just depressing.

The snowblower is on a pallet in the forest and won't come out for another month hopefully:) This dusting will melt within the next few days

That would give you a day or two to get it moved with the tractor before it melts. What's wrong with you? :D

I am in no hurry to start blowing snow.:) There will be more then enough snow this winter.

I would like to cut down another 5 or 6 maple trees and skid them to my staging area so I will have some quality splitting time over the winter. I keep my box blade on for forest work until the snow is too deep and I need the blower on the back.

I am looking forward to snowshoeing though! ;)
