I'm not familiar with those chippers but Baileys online may have those blades. When you get them sharpened always get them sharpened as a set to keep them balanced. It doesn't take much weight difference to cause a vibration. I get my knives sharpened at a local Vermeer dealer for about $8 each. Keeping them sharp will help with less vibration. If they are dull they sort of pound their way thru the wood instead of shearing it off. The anvil (deck) needs to have a good edge as well. So rotate that or get a good edge put on it. The proper knife/ anvil clearance is also very important. Too much gap will cause problems.
If you get a machine shop to do the work make sure they know what they are doing. If they grind off the edge and heat it too much it will affect the metal hardness.
