good prices? B2320 and BX25

The B2320 has a bit higher FEL lift and load ability. If you need that you know what to do.

I had a BX for 4 years and loved it. Just bought a B2620 (pretty much the same as the 2320). A few other things besides the above quote that I like on the B26XX are 1/ 3 speed HST 2/ Easier cold start 3/ cruise control 4/ more substantial 3 point hitch that can take bigger implements. 5/ 4 inches more ground clearance. Might be more but can't think of them now. The only downside I have noticed is the BX was really compact and nice to maneuver around stuff and pick it's way through the forest.

I know I will have to decide on which one I go with. I am sure a bx will do anything I need, but I like the "extras" on the B. Taller, wider, more FEL capacity, ability to dump into pickup truck bed from the side and last but not least, the 3 range hydro. I know that this decision will come down to me alone so what I am wanting from you guys is pricing advice. Are my prices good, slightly high or really high?

Have any of you owned a bx and then bought the b2320? What are the differences you actually noticed, not just the differences on paper?[/quote]

I have owned a B and 3 BX's(BX2200, BX1500 and BX2350). The difference is the ground clearance. It also has a heavier feel. The price can be checked by calling or emailing Barlows. Pricing on Kubotas have risen lately so someone telling you their price a few months ago is not necessarily going to be accurate for a new machine. I know this is a question about pricing but you also keep asking operation questions,

I too have a 2620 traded up from NH scut (same as bx) IMHO in the research/test drives I did, the 2620 is the cream of the crop in the 2x20 series. 2620 has a bigger/stronger loader than the 2320, heavier, more HP and more pto HP. The 2620 and the 2920 have the same weight, loader specs so the only thing you gain here is 3HP, and if your going 2920 might as well try for the 3030 to get the premium features not offered in the 2x20 series or a 7800.

I was at a home & garden show at a local mall yesterday (3/14/09) and spoke casually with a Kubota dealer who told me the B2320 he had at the show, loader and R4's, was "around $17,000.00". Seemed high considering there was a John Deere dealer 50 feet away that had a 2520 with loader and turfs with a displayed price of $17,500.00.

Looks like that dealers around pricing is the reason so many people are having tractors delivered to them from Kentucky. That seems way high. I don't think it's truly representative of Kubota sales prices. Course even at that price you would get the better machine for $500 less.:D

I bought my 2920 with loader and loaded R4s in early 08- paid 15,945 including NC sales tax. I would recommend either B model.

As a dealer who attends that kinda stuff, you will rarely find your best pricing given out at that kinda event.

In the interest of full disclosure I must also say I let the man know right off the bat I was only tire kicking at that time. However it was my CFO's idea to ask the man a price, so slowly, ever so painfully slowly, she is coming around. Maybe!

No way that 60" mower for the BX should be more than $1,600 and closer to $1,550.
