Razor Blades and Wal Mart

Well i just got the safety razor i ordered and man what a shave.

First shave was pretty intense, staring at a naked blade there and knowing its not idiot proof like the Gilette i used to use. Reading others experience online i half expected to need stiches , but im happy to say i didnt need them or a blood transfusion.:D

So if your looking to kick the $15.00/pack of blades habit i can recommend the Merkur Futur. Both it and the blades are Made in Germany. Nice solid feel and has a good weight in the hands. Very satisfied.

No more buying the latest, greatest, x bladed razors for me. More blades mean its better right? :D Im goin old school from now on.

I remember them. Made in West Germany. :)

Sweet! Enjoy. :)

I buy Trac II knockoffs at Dollar General. Real cheap too.

Let me tell you about the neatest razor blade accessory I have ever found, and it came from Wally World.

In the bath accessories area they have a round mirror about 6" diameter with a 6-7" long set of plastic bead-looking things that connects it to a plastic plumbing fitting that goes between your shower arm and shower head.

Most of the water still goes out your shower head, but a little trickle goes through the mirror to keep it warm and fog-free.

Anyway, until you have shaved in the shower using just plain old bar soap instead of shaving cream, you won't believe how well it works. Shave smoother, shave closer and don't dribble water all over the bathroom counter.

Yeah, my legs are silky smooth! :)

Uh, wait a minute, where's the delete key?

Too many people stealing those little pieces of gold. My walmart isn't locking them up yet though

my local store has them in the checkout isle even, like impulse items. not lockup yet.

I get the swimmer but why does a bio scientist shave their legs?:)

Later,

In some places I have visited all forms of hair are considered pollutants.

Sci-fi stuff, one would think.

That makes sense. But I would not want to have to shave my legs for my job, go to the pool and explain why I have such smooth shaven legs! :D:eek: Might start stories and gossip. :D:D:D

Later,
Dan
