I just became the new owner of a BX24. I removed the mower and the rear drive shaft hangs down. Whats the best way of getting it up out of the way? I just put a couple of tie wraps around it to hold it up, but I am sure thats not what Kubota had in mind.

Well--I'm not a Kubota guy, but doesn't the mower shaft come off the tractor and not off the mower deck?

Mods--maybe move this to the Kubota owning/operating???

Yep, It does come off. If you left it on and selected the wrong function, you would beat up on the bottom of the tractor.

Welcome to TBN:D

This would be better in the Kubota forum rather than the JD forum but: The shaft should stay connected to the mower deck and be removed from the tractor with it.
