This is great! I guess you wouldn't want to make it too complicated but I sure would like to see more details. Like, be able to click on an entry and find out more if the poster was willing to include it, like:

Did they include the tax in their "price"
Are there any fees included or left out
Maybe a SN# reference next to the date where the last two digits are XX

I think there should be a "suggestions" box, different from the "comments" box. For things like mistakes or complications they would have liked to avoid, i.e. Checking welds first. My tractor was out on the lot for over a year and didn't realize it until I found out I got the year old "jerky" three point.

And it would be really nice to have an implement sub category. It's possible now to get a lot of tractor MSRPs online but there is little online price reference for most implements. When I was looking at tillers there was over a 25% range in prices between my two local dealers and I only found one price online to work with.

Great tool for potential purchasers. I wish I had this before I bought my machine. Now I can get a good feeling for just how painful the premium is for us buyers in the North East.

A suggestion - could you add a third transmission category? I paid extra for a Kubota with the GST gearbox option. I think Deere & the some of the other makes have a similar option ... glide shift, shuttle shift or some such nomenclature.

Added the price I paid for my old BX1850 but could not post any comments - using IE 6.0. There was no instructions (that I saw) on whether to include tax. I think it would be best to post prices pre tax, since that will vary by state, country, or may not apply if buying over the internet.

Also, I could not find where to suggest another model. There's no listing for a BX1860.
