Small project for a backhoe, but everytime I use it I get better at it. And looking at that area tonight, I think I'm going to go with grass seed. That bush was in a dumb spot.

Ahhh...grass seed. Is it a mostly sunny location Freds? I would go with the zoysia. Kentucky Bluegrass...nah. Centipede...full sun in the south and slow growing. Pennsylvania, I see. They don't have grass up there do they?
Don't do anything yet. We will advise you on grass and how to plant...
I figured I'd use the FEL with the toothbar on it. That way I'll be able to rake it in with the toothbar and cover a larger area. I might carry the bag of seed in the BH's bucket....
Even better. Bore a hole in the bottom of the blower wand, and insert pipe with a 45 degree end into the hole about halfway in the tube, with the 45 degree facing forward. Causes a vacuum, Then put the other end in a bucket of grass seed, and blow. It spreads it out real good.
