It seems that to many people have found out about there very inexpensive, heavy built light duty grapples, and they are swamped, and running on over load. And just cant keep up.

Reminds me of a chef I once knew who was too darn good for his own sake. His restaurant and catering business was a screaming success, but at what personal price? I guess if you want the Markham product (and most folks obviously still do), you are going to have to be a little understanding and patient. If not, you should probably look elsewhere and good luck with that!

Several years ago I had some problems communicating with them so I bought from a company called US Steel, got it off Ebay. It's been a very good tooth bar, built well and the price was similar to Markham.

In the immortal words of Yogi Berra, when asked whether he wanted to go to a popular restaraunt - "Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded."

After reading your Markham posts I can understand why individuals would mistake your sarcasm and believe your on the payroll. You sure are a Markham tree hugger.

I believe that most individuals here are trying to convey their fustration in their unability to contact markham or their lack of satisfaction in receiving an appropriate and timely reply. Customer service is an important aspect of running a successful business regardless of what their producing.
