Still needs paint, but here's what I ended up doing.

That looks like it will work very well. The sliding lower link adapters will make hooking up really easy. I like your long toplink too. The 4" one that came with my adapter had to be replaced with a tiny Cat 0 toplink when I use my balespear.

Few more pics.

Don't know why I would need to put my counter weight on the front, but I can.

Main reason for this project was the rake.

I have a 3pt plate similar to what Willl made. The "open" design has much better visibility. The designs with the closed plate in the front blocks the view of the 2" receiver and attachment link pins/holes.

I am surprised the Landpride hitch was as cheap as Lunk quoted.

Yes open is much better.

Willl, If you don't have forks. Make a set that hangs over the top (relocate those hooks) and the could hitch on the bottom slide brackets you made.
Then you will have adjustable forks that could be used on this plate.
They would be easy to pick up, because it's broken down into pieces (2- forks and a plate). Any-Who, nice work!

Finally got around to cleaning the weld splatter and gave it a shot of paint.

Great job!

I like how you put the hitch box on the ballast box.

I know this is an old thread, but I found it while doing research on different options for putting 3-point implements on the front. In my case, I'd love to put my scraper blade on the front, angle it off to the side, and use it to push snow.

This looks like a more expensive option than the other numbers I've seen in this thread, but the price of steel has gone up quite a bit, so I'm not sure if the other numbers I've seen are still valid.

It clamps directly on to your bucket., so your bucket stays on.
