whining noise under load

I have a BX22 and just wondering if I need to be concerned about tractor making whining noise when operating under load, like climbing a steep hill. The nose sounds like a louder version of the sound from trying to go with the brake on, or when 3PH lever is left in up position. i checked HST fluid and it was on the lower notch, didn't know if this would make a difference but I'll top up. Thanks

What range is the tranny in?

How many hours on the run hour meter and did you change the SUDT out at the 50 hour service to UDT or its equivalent?

Maybe a lower gear and back of on the hydro pedal!

I'm running mostly in low range. It's got about 145 hrs and I've been following the maintenance schedule per the manual.

My 3940 will whine once in a while, too.
It's normal HST operation sound. Less pedal and more throttle will usually solve the issue.

If a BX doesn't whine then you have problems.

Sometimes it is more noticeable. High range in general. With a boxblade on the reflected sound is definitely louder.

I resemble that remark..
I sometimes whine under load too! or wait is that grunt under load.....

It is a natural thing to do.. So why are we faulting a man made piece of gear doing exactly what the man who made it does in the same condition?

whine is for tractor what grunting is for man....

All joking aside-- It is common on some tractors based on the load...

Mine whines like a 4 year old. Of course, it can get a little irritating if too loud, but that's what ear protection is for!

Unless accompanied by a cough, sputter, or fluid discharge of some type, I'd take it as 'all systems normal'.

my BX24 screams while climbing a hill with a full load of dirt and I've been moving dirt for the last 100 hours over a years span of course ...ok, screaming may be pushing it , but there is sound and louder with loads...did that from day 1, so I never thought anything of it.
