If the shaft is locked in by rust, If it hasn't broken loose by all the penetrating oils, etc, about the only thing that will move things is heat, torch it and get it hot, and smack it with a 2 lb hammer. Try heat and cool cycles several times. The expansion and contraction is what sometimes breaks them loose. Have a fire extinguisher close by.

As JJ said about the hammer blow type grease injector, I know Napa also carries these and would prob, be alot better quality tool than HF. Is this fitting in a place where you could remove it temp. and install a straight fitting to try this and then replace the 90 after you are done? You can fiil these type of hammer blow tools with a thin oil or grease. Or just remove the zerk, spray with thin oil or penetrant and pick it out with a small pick, blow out with air gun and repeat.Just remember safety glasses or goggles and dont wear your Sunday best clothes to do this lol zman

There is another trick you might use. As you are trying to insert grease into the fitting, turn the part the grease is supposed to help. If it is a spindle, turn the spindle as you pump. Move the parts around as necessary.

I find this helps very often. Have learned this on my disk and excavator bucket they each need to be moving when being greased for the shaft must load up agains the fitting at certain points and then clear at others. I have used drill bill at very slow speed to remove dried out grease on used disk. Worked fine after that.
