Your tractor earned its keep on those! Nice job. I should have kept a log of all the jobs I have done with my tractor with an estimate of what it would have cost to hire it done. Not to mention all the manual labor they save.

Nice job on the stumps and photos.

I like pines, I hate oaks.

Oaks in rocky soil are nasty nasty creatures.

Keep up the good work,

Joel

Nice job and nice looking rig you have there.

One thing you might like to add as long as your are digging stumps in that sandy soil is some extension plates for those backhoe feet. It does not need to be all that much bigger to really make a difference.

My dealer made me up a couple of 12 1/2" square pads of 3/8 plate and it made a whirlwind of difference supporting my tractor and backhoe as I dig.

Nice job, stumps will really put a machine to the test. I agree with Rimshot, when I had my BH I added wider pads to the feet and it made a world of difference.

Yes, It was on this forum I learned how handy a sawzall can be with roots.
I will say the kioti was able to rip some good size roots out.

Did the CK30 do some jumping around with those roots? Nice job. I do not have a backhoe on mine but found the bucket handy to dig around some small stumps, and the drawbar handy to pull them right out. Did take some work though. I am sure you had a time with those monsters.

I noted the color matching orange extension cord in one of the pictures. I thought you had the new EV(electric)CK. :D

Don't joke. I participated in an industry marketing survey where they showed various tractor options and wanted to know a) whether they were desirable and b) how much extra $ they were worth to me. One was a built in generator for running tools, another was a built in air compressor. Kinda cool if they work and are reasonably priced.

If only I had a backhoe. If I did, I could dig up stumps for days. I think i'd rather have a mini excavator. Or I could add one to my Yanmar or Simplicity.

That Woods Backhoe looks like a very fine tool. Can your lift and push/pull the tractor around with it like an industrial backhoe can?

Both the Kioti and Woods backhoes have no trouble lifting and pulling the CK and DK tractors around. Not so sure it is a good idea as TLBs are not built like the true construction machines. I prefer to reposition "manually" but there is no question the BHs have the power to do it.

Another option would be a heated cup holder to keep the coffee hot.

I actually spent hours on them, being careful not to beat up the tractor too much. Picked away until they moved, then ripped out.
