Mini Skid Attachments

All you need to do, as others have stated, is affix a PT female mounting plate to a mini-skid steer male plate. Then you have one removable adapter for any mini-skid steer attachments. Pretty simple to do, I would think.

I've got a half Bro - in - law that works in East Tex at a repair shop. I gave him a call. He says that they occasionally get old units or ones that can't be fixed. I asked him to keep an eye out for a 'used but good' front attachment plate. I've got more time than money and I can wait a long time before paying $450 for a new one.
Now the PT plate... Guess I'll have to get a new one unless I can bolt one on.
Might be awhile before this happens, but I'm working that way.

I paid Lackender $60 each for my female PT plates although i think he said he would charge more in the future - hardly worth messing with a buying a male quick attach plate. They would not be all that hard to make yourself if you can weld.

Are we talking Skidsteer or Mini-Skid attachments...

Looks like there's two different things going on here...

I believe the original poster was talking about mini skid steers, like Dingo sized equipment.

The title of the thread is mini skid attachments, but the idea is the same depending on the size of your machine. A small PT would use mini skid tools, a larger PT could use skid steer tools.
