Dealer Kioti Dealers Not Interested

In the past two weeks I have sent two different dealers emails asking for some information about different models of Kioti tractors. Its been over a week now and either one has yet to reply to my requests for information.

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong and should not be emailing them asking for model specs and very rough pricing through them or if they are just not interested in selling me a tractor. I am located in south western PA, and am not going to mention any names but this has kinda discouraged me about buying a Kioti in case it would need serviced. In the recent weeks I have kinda swayed towards them based on capability and cost. However, if they are like this selling a tractor, who knows if they would be any better with service.

Just looking to get some input on this.

I totally agree, Dave. I know some dealers don't like to use email as they feel it gives too much information to a faceless person, and they have no opportunity to "sell" you. They prefer to deal face-to-face. But the successful ones, I think, have learned how to make the internet work for them. I think it's here to stay. I see that in the dealers who are members here.

I had the same experience here from a Kioti dealer. No response whatsoever to 2 inquiries. I moved on and will never darken their door.

Yeah, I mean I made it clear in both requests that I wasnt looking for a spot on figure, just a rough ballpark as to what I was expecting. If nothing else I was at least expecting a reply with a name and phone number saying we would like to talk to you on the phone or whatever, didnt expect nothing at all.....

I sent an email to a dealer around 8:00 oclock one evening and he replied at 9:30 that evening. I did not expect it but I was impressed.

Said he would get back to me with info the next morning and he did.

Two weeks later I bought a new DK 45 SE HST from him.

He had his chance to sell me right from the beginning and he did.

I am happy.

Call or email WALLACE TRACTOR AND EQUIP. They are located in PA and I would deal with them again. I believe they sell Kioti, Mahindra and Massey. I think Rick will treat you right

I have read some great things about them on here. They are a little ways away from me probably about 2 or 3 hours, so I was checking locally first. But, based on how things have went I am definitely going to get in touch with them.

I live even further away from Wallace than you; like 4 hours. I bought from him. No regrets at all. The dealer does make a difference.
