No matter what ,the Kubota will always be more money. I understand you point about value and money. But if you completely disassembled the two tractors part by part / piece by piece you would see the difference in the two Brands.
Chris, I'm touched. We don't normally see eye to eye. Then again this isn't a "best truck" thread.![]()

Is there any evidence that Kubota uses better types of metal? I predict that the precision and quality of gears is similar. My tractor has greater dimensions of metal components and is heavier than a similar hp Kubota. Seems that bigger and heavier doesn't imply inferior quality.
I feel that there are some advantages to the "big 3" but it is minimal on the area of quality. IMO
Just my 2 cents,
Loren
And you have some basis upon which you make this statement? Are you aware of the component specifications and sources used by both? Do you have data that demonstrates that a statistically significant number of Kioti parts fail more often than do those on a Kubota? Have you thoroughly examined them yourself and have the qualifications to judge?
It's one thing to say that, in general, Kubota is a more mature product with fewer problems reported. I think this can be supported. It's quite another to say the above. Such statements without substantiation just make you lose credibility, leaving the impression that you are as color blind as anyone.
