I just called TSC, they said they had one in order for me, rear blade and tomorrow they have a Trailer, if it shows up in the trailer I will have one for 319 bucks

There are also TSC's in MD, not too far from you.

Markham Welding / Gator Attachments has some really awesome shipping rates. I got a 378lbs delivered for $78 basically overnight.

I second that. That's where I got my 3pt pallet forks.

$250 with free shipping, $150 in store, and it was only 30 miles out of my way.

/edit Also check Barlows, I've read that they sell for great prices and since they deliver tractors etc. they also deliver implements.

Coupons are at TSC.com

You just sign up for their email specials. It isn't intrusive, but if you want, just give them one of your "junk" email addresses. Just be sure your spam filter doesn't catch it and put it in the bucket.

Mine was $259 for this one
CountyLine Rear Blade, 5 ft. - 2122450 | Tractor Supply Company

The orange isn't a bad match for the Kubota.
Picked this up today. New old stock. Half price. Craigslist. There is a lot of ways to save money on implements. Craigslook will help you search within 250 miles and look up multiple craigs in your area.

Thanks bp. I signed up for that email list, but all I got...so far...was a $5.00 off coupon. How much was the coupon you used on the blade ? I see the blade normally sells for $319.00 ??

How do you like that blade ? I notice that is the lower end version - not the heavy duty one. I'm wondering if you think it will hold up to moderate scraping without bending or breaking somewhere ?

Thanks for the info ! Nice finish mower by the way !!

My opinion, FWIW, is this. My BX is the 1860. I love it. It is a small scut and many times when I have borrow larger, heavier implements from my neighbor John, I haven't been pleased with the operation. That orange 5' back blade is pretty darn stout. The thickness of the steel is over 1/4" same as the much larger blades.

The list price on the website doesn't seem to apply at the store, for some reason. The managers have the ability to sell them for much less, if they have a mind to. I have also heard that the 15% off coupon for buying off the website and shipped to a store can be used, if the manager wishes to allow it. The store manager oft times reduces the prices of implements if he/she wants to move them out. It isn't cast in stone. Why not just ask for a 10% off? You'd be surprised.

Non TSC stores like Rural King, Family Farm, Atwoods etc also sell these same implements and often for less.

most dealers get free freight on implement orders (when we get enough in one shot). Shipping single implements is not economical for anyone. Just find somthing you can lay your hands on. The internet is not good for these kind of things.

I bought a countyline 5 ' blade Kubota Orange color for 319 bucks from TSC. Looks very good for the price I guess. They didnot have it immediately but waited 3 weeks. I have not put it on my tractor still it is on my truck. I guess now I know how not to pay shipping. Even Northerntools, Richmond told me, even if I have them ship to store I have to pay 105 bucks, same product if you buy through Amazon, they charge only 75$ shipping and they place order to Northerntools.

Hi All

I live Fairfax, VA. I am trying to buy box blade, sub soiler and rear blade. All the places they sell have huge shipping costs. I called Northern tools they said they can ship to home or their own shop still I have to pay shipping. How did you guys manage to get that many implements. There is a place Sweettractor.com. They rear blade for 199 bucks but shipping to business is 139 and 179 to house

Well I am disappointed by the prices of shipping, what to do

Ganesh

Just to be clear, That shipping quote of $139 from Sweettractors.com was on a grader blade and a box blade shipped together. Ken Sweet

<snip> The internet is not good for these kind of things.
But the internet is great for getting ballpark prices, so for instance when I swung by Agri Supply on my trip from Alexandria, Va to Norfolk, Va I knew the 3pt pallet fork I looked at was a great price and quality.

And with the internet and big-box stores like TSC and Northern tools you need to wait for free shipping.
