Broken hitch arms on a 3320

Well, I made it about a year. Today I was turning around in some tight woods and the corner of the box blade hit something. Both arms snapped in the same spot as last time. This impact was much less than before. I now have a AC/DC ark welder so I may try to repair and reinforce them or look into the telescoping ones.

Nothing against your welding, but I think you will be messing with them again.

The new style on my 4520 are way better.

Will the new style on the 4520 fit my 3320? I agree that I may be dealing with this again but have almost finished repairing them. I did add some bracing to them this time. If they fail again I will buy new ones.

I don't know if the 4xxx will fit. You might want to check JD parts online to compare the numbers.

For anyone that may have this problem I am posting an update. 8 Years of hard use and not a single problem. Reinforcing the weld was the way to go.
