My DK35 just arrived. I took some pictures before I go out and have some fun. That's my backho operator in the one pic hehe.

Congratulations on your new tractor. :) The little fellow looks like he wants the keys. :D Nice looking rig, now you just have to post some pics after it gets a tad dirty. Also what part of the world do you live in?

Thanks, I'm from Philippi, WV. Man running the backhoe takes a little getting used too. It digs very well. I was testing it out and need to clear just a little dirt so my barn door would open up fully and I ended up moving a little too much hehe.
lakngulf it's a DK35. I'm glad I ended up going with this tractor. I was going to go with the CK30, and that definitely would have been too small. So far this DK seems to be doing okay for moving my rock pile.

Hey Ski21,

Is there such a thing as backho envy? What is going to be your first project?

Right now I'm moving some dirt and rock from where I'm going to plant a garden, to over by my barn where there it needs some fill.

It does take some time to learn how to use the backhoe smoothly. I find if I run my CK35 at about 1,700 RPM it works well. Using higher RPM I sometimes make it jerky, not good. Use it safely and happy digging.
I even help my wife with the gardening now. :D

lakngulf it's a DK35.

Sorry, I missed that. Looks like a fine toy (I mean work horse). Enjoy, you will get so much done, and find so many new things you did not even know you wanted to do.

Have you guys added a toolbox where the small one is on the kioti's. I'm not sure if they all have that little plastic tool box behind the seat. I was wondering if anyone added a different one or could suggest a different tool box.

Also what are some good things to keep in the tool box of the tractor. Is there anything that's a must have. Right now I got my tire repair kit just incase I get a flat.
