Since it lists the date underneath it for which month you were MOTM.. I bet it stays. Besides.. looks nice.

as far as I know, someone is going to get it each month.. I'm waiting to see who got it for june... soo many deserving people here..

I don't know how the winners are chosen , but I think we should be able to click on a members forum name and when the box drops down , a link could be clicked so we could give them a vote . At the end of the month , the votes counted and a winner found .
