My new 2520 with Hydraulic Dump Power Pak

Wow, that's pretty cool. Question however, why can't a unit like that be made that takes the blower power from the rear PTO? It just burns me to have to buy a machine with another motor to suck up leaves. That's why I have a front and rear PTO, to run attachments. Does anyone make one that is PTO powered?

Trac-Vac 854

Boy that was quick, thanks Kennyd. It appears that you have a Trac Vac 854. Do you use it with your 4110? How does it work driving both the mower deck and the Trac Vac? I like the large capacity. The only down side to this setup versus the JD unit might be the trailer. I suppose it requires a larger turn radius and thus harder to get close up to obstacles. How does that work for you? Do you know what one costs new? I mow about 3 acres of yard with a lot of trees so I really want something to help with leaves in the fall. Have you used it for leaves? Thanks.

I have only used it a few times...just bought it (used) last fall. Most answer's to your questions should be answered in THIS thread I think.

I have been able to blow my leaves into the forest and for my grass clipping I blow them across the lawn, re-cutting them multiple times before what si left gets blown into the forest. However, I still think about getting one of the dump carts too.
