400 Bad request

This is really getting old. If I set my security settings at the highest level, I can use the back button, but then my login/username gets wiped out every time I go back.

I backed down the security settings a couple of notches and the problem is back. Also cleared cookies & temp internet files...

This should be fixed now as I just replaced all of the ad codes that were generating the 400 bad request errors.

If you have this problem again, on any page, please reply to this thread with the specific page you have the problem on.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks to all who reported the issue and helped us diagnose it.

Most have been ok and I had to search to find a fault.

I found that when I edited my post in "Kubota Owning/Operating, How sharp do mower blades need to be". When I tried to go back I received the error.

On getting back to the index and trying again, I got the error again.

On closing and reopening IE, I was unable to get the error. (Only a short test).

Previously (in this session of accessing TBN tonight) the error did not occur until I had been moving around for a while.

Just tried again.

general troll through then Kubota Owning/operating, How sharp ..... etc and had problem. Went back and in again and had problem.

http://d1.openx.org.....

was where it would go back to.

Closed tab and opened TBN in new tab. Went to Kubota Owning/operating and return as above appeared as return location.

Did it say what specifically it was trying to download? We didn't add anything that would give that sort of message so it's possible that a spyware infection residing somewhere on your computer is acting up.

No nothing in specific, Just the warning: that this website is trying to download to my computer, I went ahead and clear all cookies again to see if I see this warning come up again on any other sites I visit... so far not showed up again..... I noticed my firewall had been turned off though... it is now on....

As am I, but I'm curious as to what add-on's your running cause I have never experienced any of these problems.

Currently running Noscript and Adblock
Also set up to clear all "leftovers" on closing.

I haven't seen that error lately, after TBN did some work on it.

Hello Muhammad,
this warning happen again just now when opening the topic under safety
( Tractor Driver Killed ) I received the yellow bar warning at top of page reading ---> "To help protect your security your web browser blocked this site from downloading files to your computer"
and then read----> "click here for options" when clicking it was to agree or not to let this site download, I know its more than likely no big deal, its just that I see it on this site only from time too time,
could it be the cookie thing?
if I knew how to do the screen shot capture thing I could show you what I am seeing....

I keep getting a request from http://di.openx.org to open in my trusted sites every time I move from page to page on TBN. This started yesterday and this is the only place where it happens...

Might be me but I just started having this same problem again...only on TBN. :(

Muhammad
I have also had it happen sporadically during the last couple of weeks. Very infrequently.
I'll pay better attention to what page if it happens again. Always happens to me when using the browsers back button.

If you could post the page that gives the error, that would help me find the problem.
