Kind of a moot point now, but the hydraulic flow on that thing is pretty serious. Gotta believe that would mean a pretty hefty loader capacity.

Too bad. Pretty neat machine. Price point though is a killer. I would think it'd need to be under $30K with loader to have a chance.

I like the idea that someone suggested that it be able to fill its own bed. That would be sweet, carry twice as much at one time. To me that's the limitation of the dump bed - how does it get filled? Probably better served with a separate hydraulic dump trailer that you could fill, then hook to tractor and drag to dump site. I'd love to have one of those little Provonost dumpers!

That's not surprising. It was not long after I joined TBN that I first heard about the tructor. Every couple of years it seems the thing makes a re-emergence on the forums here. I still think it was a pretty innovative design. I would have been very surprised to actually hear of it still being in production after all these years.
