BTW the instruction storage container like on a Bush Hog or Woods/Frontier boxblade makes a dandy place to hide "spare change" from wife/girlfriend!:laughing::laughing:

If you have a wife/girlfriend or both, there is no such thing:)

I wouldn't worry about the spare change so much, just make sure the wife doesn't find out about the girlfriend:laughing:. If she does you can kiss the spare change goodbye:laughing:

Got a new King Kutter 60" "brush hog" today and took it for a testdrive at 10:00 tonight, have to say I'm quite impressed 1;how well my CT230 handled it 2; how well it cut the thick, tall, and really wet grass.

By the way, whats with all the concern about size RE:5 pto hp per 1' cutting width.
After running the 60" (with no rpm drop) I can tell you I'd have very little trouble running a 72", and thats with 22 pto hp

Since my backhoe is mounted, I dug up rocks that were sticking up in some trails. I keep a mental 'inventory' of rocks that need popping out when the backhoe is mounted.

About 3 weeks ago I used the hoe to dig drainage ditches along both sides of a trail that crosses through a wet stretch. I piled the muck up in the center of the trail to let it dry. Today, it was dry and settled enough to shape a bit with the hoe, then back drag with the FEL bucket to smooth it out.

By about 2pm the deer flies drove me inside, I was tired of inhaling DEET fumes :D They are thicker this year than I've seen before.
