I am not smart nuff to say if this is bogus or not, but.......
Why would they want to run on water AND GAS, it seems to me if I had something so spectacular, I would not WANNA buy $2.70 gasoline, water is cheap, brb gotta go dispose of some..........

Would the diluted Ethanol be considered E10?

Would it negatively effect the fuel lines in the engine?
