Wow, I just lived the worst ever experience in customer service in my whole life.
Working on standard buisness hours, I have no choice than to try to shop for a 50-60 HP tractor by phone and email since the dealers are opened, you guessed it, on normal buisness hours.
So, I call a local Kioti dealer to inquire about the approximate price on the DK55 w/ Loader model. Looking at the MF, AGCO, Kioti and NH, I want to restrict my final shopping and on site visit to the two or three best dealerships i will find with my email and phone pre-screening.
So, I ask the guy (who answered in an absolute rude manner with a crappy voice, with an attitude like I was disturbing his flash game playing time)
ME - "what would be the approximative price for a DK55, loager, ag tires, 2 remotes".
GUY - "We only give prices to people who show themselves here in person".
ME - "why is that so, it isn't a very persuasive answer to give a potential customer, isn't it ? I live an hour from your dealership and I work on weekdays, it isn't that easy for me to get to your dealership"
GUY - "some guy in your region keeps calling us to get prices"
ME - "so? ... what does that have to do with me ?"
GUY - "we don't give prices on the phone..."
(insert 5 seconds silence here while i'm flabberghasted about the way he's treating a 30k$ potential customer)
ME - "Well... you aren't helping me at all aren't you... thanks anyway and bye"
So, this idiot gave this kind of answer to a customer about to spend 30 000-40 000$ in his dealership ? What kind of crappy employee is that ?
Sorry, I had to vent off a little. Guess I'll go on with a MF or NH instead of a Kioti since I got a thousand times better answer when inquiring for 10$ parts at MF dealerships, and actually got email replies from NH...
