Awful experience with dealer service

Salesmanship is a sport that the insincere and rude should not attempt. A salesman should also never be afraid of the figures he will sell at. If they are not willing to negotiate a deal they are a retailer not a salesman. You work very hard to put money in your pocket and their is nothing wrong with defending every penny you pull out. That money is your food and future security. The actual sale begins when the buyer says no.

Not sure about that.
Do you mean the "sale" or the "real selling" begins when the customer says "No"?

I think the sale begins with the first contact - is it encouraging enough to begin a conversation between buyer and seller.
For some folks 'No" means "No" while for others it is just part of the negotiation.
