I had some company the other night.
Me and my wife got in it together.
It was dark so we both went skinny dipping.:D

Those stock tanks don't have a drain do they? Not that I'm stirring the pot...but...I'm not sure if the little lady would want to take a dip in it if has some mosquito larva wiggling around as you sip wine and eat cheese. Hence Soundguy's goldfish remark. She's not afraid of a few goldfish swimming around between her toes? I hope you don't wash off first before you get in it each day...

However...you could put a little black pond dye in there...so as not to see the larvae, goldfish, salamanders and frogs bumping around in there...then you don't have to worry about even using a filter...not that I'm stirring the pot...

usually they do have a threaded bung drain.. or at least the 6'ers I got from TSC do.

Yep.. keep a goldfish in there and no more bugs!

It has a 1 inch drain plug. A cup of bleach per day should keep any bugs from taking up residence. At about 400 gallons I could change the water occasionally. Maybe every month or so. Instead of Round Up I could drain it, move it out of the way and mow the spot where it sits, then put it back and fill it up with water again. I'm thinking about over the winter coating the bottom of it with Rhino Truck Bed Liner and maybe up the sides a little. Paint the inside with Ford blue implement paint. Should last forever then.

Funny stuff Skyco...Why didn't I think of that! Just make sure you don't get any piranha. No more Cialis commercials otherwise...
