I don't always look up Kubota on my local Craig's list, but maybe once every few weeks. Just happened to do so last Sat. Just listed a Curtis cab with some photos and very little info. So I emailed the seller and got the scoop on it. Came off of a B7800 that the seller bought used with 106 hours on it. Used the tractor for about 1/2 hour with the cab on it, and hated it. So he took it off and the just wanted it out of his garage! I always wanted one since first getting my B2710 in 2001, but just could not justify the cost. This one has soft side doors that are in mint condition, the optional 20k BTU heater, Hard back with rear wiper. Price was only $1800. Figured it was half price! Since we get about 150" of snow around here and I have a front snow blower this is just what I have been wanting. No more bundling up complete with full face mask and ski goggles for me this winter! I hope to be able to do the driveway in a sweat shirt this year! Only thing now is I have to upgrade the alternator to run all the new lights, wipers, and heater! Got a new 40A Alternator on line for $75, and the rest of the parts needed from Coleman Equipment for $98.00. And while I was ordering parts, I figured I would order a block heater as well, this way the heater would be all warmed up right from the start! Attached are a few photos with the cab on without the doors.
