Hey KennyV,

This is on a 09 L3240 Kubota with Suttle. I seems that when while the engine is running, when suttle lever is put in forward or reverse, I hear a click and engine immediately shuts off. I checked Air Filter for excessive dust, engine oil level was 1 quart low. Added oil seems to do better, but still shuts off every now and then...Need Help

The click you hear is the fuel shut off solenoid... BUT I didn't think that is tied in with the shuttle... The shuttle has a neutral safety switch that is tied into the starter circuit, but not into the run circuit.

The seat switches might cause this... for some reason the seat in the up position for unattended engine running might for some reason be making and opening... check those switches and connections...

When this happens are you loosing any other power momentarily, like to the dash or lighting?
Check all the fuses by removing and reinserting them... in case you have corrosion where they plug in, that has been a problem on others... KennyV

Since it only "...shuts down every now and then" it makes me wonder if you might be leaning forward in the seat to get a better view of something at the same time you are moving the shuttle lever to forward or reverse. If I am running low rpms and trying to use the pallet forks to lift something I can't see well, I have shut down my L5030 more than once. If the rpm is higher, I can get back in the seat before it dies. If you don't find a bad switch, fuse, or connection, be alert for how you are sitting in the seat when it dies.
