Need help with a wire schematic for a Ford 1700

I have no working lights or dash gages. I checked fuses, they are ok. I found a thick red wire hanging from the back of the ignition switch. It is a short wire, but I don't know were it goes or if it is part of my problem. Can anyone help?

Red wire went to the fuse box. Took some time,but I figured it out. Thanks for the help ???
