Dealer Called - My Kubota Has Arrived

My B2320 is in. I'll go see it in the morning, and finish signing the docs.

I went with a local dealer, a good guy. I did get a price from Brady Barlow, who was responsive and a gentleman. Since I have a trip to KY at the end of the month, I thought perhaps to trailer it home myself.

My local dealer, with whom I have worked before, matched the price and I get it delivered.
It was a no brainer.

I am going with Kubota Insurance this time as well. (My homeowners limits my use. Can't be on a trailer and can't ever leave the property)
Kubota Insurance was virtually the same money and covers way more.

I'll take some photos tomorrow, if I can. Should be delivered no later than Friday.

Are you getting another FEL ( $2k would be nice again ! ) or a
front plough-blade and rear wheel weights as before ?

I like seeing a man buying from experience. Looks like you've made some very deliberate decisions to suit your needs as they are today. Appears you did "good".
I've got over my RTV900 desire, may come back later but no deal now. Have evry little use for one. Steve Barlow offered me a tremendous deal on one, actually a new one for less or same as used ones I'm seeing on E bay and Craigs. New with 60 mo interest free or used for 8% to 12% interest for 2 to 3 years and a down payment. You did good selling your used BX.
Steve said he had a B2320 new in the crate which would be handy to pull tiller, boxblade and over seeder and not have to remove and reinstall BH on my BX25 but I'd be a bit embarrassed buying another tractor for once or twice a year 3ph use when I have one with a 3ph. Course there are some tax advantages for me with tractor purchases so a B2320 would be handy............ I did get a price on one with and without FEL.

Come on JohnThomas...you deserve it...go buy that RTV900 ...life is too short to go without and the B2320 has your name on it...it is meant to be..in the cards...So what are you waiting for...I am your enabler:laughing::thumbsup:..

I went back and forth on wheel spacers, but passed for now. I want to see if the standard width is "good" for my row spacing, and I believe it will be.

I will be using my almost new 48" RFM and my one row cultivator. I am hoping my middle buster plow will work OK with the taller geometry.

Grass grows taller and the gardens are crying for a fall plowing. It cannot come soon enough.

If you're planning on moving snow with the FEL at night, you're going to find out real quick that you won't be seeing much with the stock front lights. I used my FEL the first year for snow and wound up plugging a portable spot light into the 12VDC plug and bungee mounting it to the ROPS. The FEL blocks most of the light, and worse, will reflect it back at you at certain points in the dump cycle. That's why I decided to add forward facing 55W halogen spots on the ROPS, and even though I have a plow now, they do help with side vision since I can rotate them in any direction. If you didn't get the 40amp alternator, you may still be able to add lights but would need to go the LED route, or get the upgraded alternator later.

Oh, congratulations on the new B. Guess I didn't understand you pulled the trigger already. Thought you were still shopping. Eagerly awaiting pic's.

I had a BX2200 and decided I HAD to have a B, so I sold my BX2200 to my son in law. After a few trips to the dealer and crawling on, measuring and drooling over lot of different tractors, bought a BX2660.

Now if I did not have access to other tractors, I may have chosen differently, but seriously doubt it.
