I just had this welded up a few weeks ago, I bought a 52" atv blade and then the quick attach brackets. I'm anxious to see how well she does on the 2305. I know several people stated that small tractors like mine the snow wants to push you off to the side. So, that's why it's in the fixed straight position.

Problem is you'll run out of traction pretty quick and not have a good way to push it out off the way.
Rob's suggestion of adding weight is a good one...you'll get further, but sooner or later, the weight of the snow you're pushing will exceed your traction.
Size of the tractor (small or larger) doesn't beat physics. They all run out of traction sooner or later.
Even with my 4400 (about 4000-4500 lbs with loader and filled tires) will run out of traction (just as my 670 and 790 did). The advantage I have is the loader...I can just pick the snow up and dump it off the drive.

I've got a 60" power angle snow blade on my FEL arms on our Power Trac PT425. It only weighs 1500# and still manages to do a great job on the snow. The advantages of a plow blade on the FEL are huge. First, it cannot plug up like a loader bucket. You can stack snow about 2' higher than the FEL arms can lift. Second, you can see what you are doing. A rear blade or blower requires a neck like an owl. You will really enjoy that plow, but you would like it more if it would angle.

Me too!!!

Of course, I've still got the mower rigged to the 3PH. And, I'll be installing tire chains for the first time in my 60 years (yes, I am a tire chain virgin).

How steep?
I would say we have a moderately steep driveway. What you do is plow a full path on the way down and 1/2 or 1/3, depending on the depth of snow, on the uphill return. Just keep doing this. The only time you need chains is when ice forms, this usually happens after you clear snow and people drive over the remains so make sure you clear as close to the ground as possible.

Also balance you tractor, you want weight in the back but make sure it's also in the front or your blower will be steering your tractor. Some times you can getaway with this just make sure your tractor is directly behind the blower when you plow or the tractor will skew to one side or the other.

Our drive way is steep enough that the garbage truck can not get up in the winter. Not to mention delivery food, or anyone with a 2 wheel drive car.
I am not sure how to correctly balance the tractor. I am planning on keeping the backhoe on for weight. I do not have a ballast box. will this be to much weight in the back and cause the front end to be a little squirrely? Not sure how to add weight in the front.
I wanted to add tire chains but i read a lot on here that they may damage the asphalt. My neighbors would skin me alive if i messed up the new pavement. And with r4 tires i would need the duo-chains, may be aggressive.

What's the weight of that BH? I think it might work out OK. What you can do is try it to see if the front end is too light, then start adding front weights until your tracking is to your liking.
The good thing about the BH is that it can get you out of jambs by lifting the tractor to one side or the other. I used mine to get out of a ditch once!
Anyway you'll know right away if the front is too light. You can add rocks to th BH bucket too if you need.
I did my driveway with a 2320 and the 47 blower for years without chains and 2WD drive vehicles couldn't get up it, so it was pretty steep.

I found some info online about the weight of the bh. Kubota says it weighs 1400lbs which seems really high to me. I can tell you that when i took off the FEL, for the **** of it i thought i try and lift the front of the tractor. And i was able to pick the front end up pretty easy. I am hoping that since the snowblower is pretty heavy and its mounted way out front it will counter react the BH.
I want to keep the BH mounted just in case i need a push or pull.

My 59" JD blower weighs, without the attaching hardware, 450 #. Figure another 100 to 150 for the mounting frame and hardware brings it up to 600#. My BH weighs 1500#. The 300cx front loader balances pretty good with the BH but it's not pushing and churning snow. If it's light I'll add some front weights to the tractor. I don't expect it to be heavy with the BH but if it is I'll run my BB that comes in around 700# or so as it's an easy job to pull off the BH.
